For the week October 2 - 8, 2026, Florida net Active Patients increased by 407 to 942,370. YTD 2026 net Active Patients have increased 12,705, up 1.4% and up 14,287 patients +1.5% y/y. Active Patient growth had been a driver of 2025 overall market growth (up 34,997 patients, +3.9%), but Active Patient growth is not as strong a tailwind in 2026.
Usage per Active Patient of both Flower and Oil Cannabis products continues to be the primary growth drivers. The 13-week rolling average Usage per Active Patient is up 7.9% and 6.5% y/y respectively for Flower Oz. and Oil Mg.
Dispensaries are up 6.3% y/y to 782, with no additions this week.
Flower Oz. and THC (Oil) Mg. per Dispensary are up 3.3% and 1.9% y/y, respectively. Overall Flower Oz. 13-week rolling average Flower Oz. and THC (Oil) y/y growth saw upticks this week, up 9.9% and 8.5% y/y, respectively.
