For the week July 17 - 23, 2026, Florida saw a welcome 12th straight week of net new Active Patients gains (totaling 12,615 patients, 1,135 per week average); bringing total FL Active Patients to 938,435. YTD 2026 net Active Patients have increased 8,770, up 0.9% and up 18,083 patients (+2.0%) y/y. Active Patient growth had been a driver of 2025 overall market growth (up 34,997 patients, +3.9%), but that lever is no longer as strong a tailwind in 2026.

Usage per Active Patient of both Flower and Oil Cannabis products continues to be a bright spot and the primary driver of overall market growth. Flower Usage per Active patient is at an all-time high and THC (Oil) Usage per Active Patient is only slightly off its recent record high. The 13-week rolling average Usage per Active Patient is up 8.6% and 9.5% y/y respectively for Flower Oz. and Oil Mg.

Dispensaries are up 6.1% y/y to 771 (up 2 for the week with Curaleaf opening a Boynton Beach & Planet 13 a Sarasota location). Flower Oz. and THC (Oil) Mg. per Dispensary are up 4.0% and 4.8% y/y, respectively.

Overall Flower Oz. 13-week rolling average Flower Oz. and THC (Oil) y/y growth saw upticks this week, up 10.3% and 11.2% y/y, respectively.
